一 |     　　讯 应急管理部8月25日消息，据气象部门预报，未来三天，西北地区、内蒙古、华北等地有明显降雨过程，青海东部和南部、内蒙古西部、河北中部、北京、天津等地部分地区有大到暴雨，其中部分地区有大暴雨，局地有特大暴雨。

二 | 　　根据《国家防汛抗旱应急预案》及有关规定，国家防总、应急管理部决定于8月25日10时针对北京、天津、河北、内蒙古、青海启动防汛四级应急响应。         (ECNS)-- The 4th Xi’an International Elderly Industry Expo will run Sept. 17–19 at the Xi’an International Convention and Exposition Center, local authorities announced Thursday.     Expanded across a 40,000-square-meter venue, the event is set to welcome over 500 domestic and international companies, with dedicated professional delegations from South Korea, Australia and other countries set to join the exhibition.        It will cover the full elder care industrial chain, ranging from smart elderly care solutions, age-friendly products, silver economy consumer goods to elderly financial services.     The three-day expo, a leading senior care event in western China, will feature a main summit, 13 specialized forums and interactive public zones offering hands-on services for elderly visitors.
